QWho are your customers?

We primarily work directly with dealerships around the work. However we often work directly with the end customer depending on the country.

QWhere do you aquire the vehicles for export?

A

All vehicles are aquired through auctions or direct from the manufactures dealership within Japan.

QHow long after ordering will it take for the vehicle to arrive?

A

This depends on the country, but on average it takes upto 3 weeks to deliver the vehicle.

QHow can I make an order? Do we need to meet in person?

A

We accept all orders by email at info@nexto.jp or through the contact form on our website.
Unfortunately we are not currently accepting orders via telephone.

QIs it possible to change an order?

A

It is only possible to make changes before a vehicle has been purchased.
